Refund Policy

EvidX — Academic Research Tool

1. In-App Purchases via Apple App Store

All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. EvidX does not process refunds for App Store purchases directly.

To request a refund:

Open the App Store and tap your profile icon
Tap Purchases or go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Find the EvidX subscription and tap Report a Problem
Select your reason and submit — Apple processes refunds typically within 2–5 business days

You may also request a refund within the EvidX app via Settings → Subscription → Request Refund (iOS 15+ only).

2. In-App Purchases via Google Play

All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

To request a refund:

Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Find the EvidX subscription and tap Manage
Select Cancel subscription then Request a refund
Google Play may grant a full refund within 48 hours of purchase

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your EvidX subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

How to cancel

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → EvidX → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → EvidX → Cancel

4. Unused Quota

Unused document analysis credits do not carry over to the next billing period and are not refundable.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (billing errors, duplicate charges, or service outages exceeding 72 hours), we may work with Apple or Google on your behalf. Contact support@evidx.app with details.
